Helena Lalita is a multi-disciplinary artist, violinist, and teacher.
In Greek and Sanskrit, her name translates to “playful shining light.”
“Eternally curious and a life-long learner, Helena believes there is magic within each present moment. She loves sharing her musings on an artful life, illustrations and violin compositions with her students and on social media.”
Born in the Himalayas of northern India and raised in the beautiful forests of Pennsylvania, she finds inspiration through her travels around the world, meditation and a daily creative practice that she shares with her local community as a private music and art teacher.
Helena lives outside of Lancaster, Pennsylvania with her charming husband, 5 deliciously fluffy cats and silken wind-hound pup.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her in her beautiful art studio often creating watercolor botanicals or whimsical mixed media portraits, practicing and composing music, or out hiking.
