“Sacred Earth Cairn”. Inspired by the ancient and modern Cairns around the world, landmarks, with a ceremonial and ritualistic depth in meaning and simply a beautiful structure made in a natural and often awe- inspiring setting ( mountaintops, riverbanks etc). The play of natural earth tones and colors of the earth itself with lush blues, greens, and a hint of creamy white is stunning. The original was created with ink on toned grey mixed media paper and would be lovely in any environment or setting. This would make a great gift for an outdoor enthusiast, for Father’s Day or anyone with a love for simple shapes and vibrant hues.
